Maintaining an environment where everyone feels safe and secure requires a cooperative and collaborative effort between all members of the college community. As seen throughout the college, we too value diversity and strive to treat everyone with respect and dignity.
A tradition of efficient, courteous service to the community has always been the goal of the Office of Campus 安全 and 安全 as well as enhancing the public’s knowledge of emergency management and safety operations at BTC. Blackhawk Technical College is committed to ensuring the health and safety of the entire college community.
The Office of 安全 and 安全 works closely with local law enforcement and other local jurisdictions in order to enforce federal, 状态, 以及地方法律. The Office of 安全 and 安全 also works with Student 服务s to enforce the Student Code of Conduct. 安全 officers patrol both the interior and exterior of all college owned or leased buildings.
